This philosophy, “The System,” is obsessed with immediate results, with trophies for pre-teens, and with collecting short-term ‘Ws’ at the expense of a player’s long-term future.
At California Football Club, we are declaring war on that outdated, broken system. Our mission isn’t to create teams that win 8-0. It’s to develop the player who will make the game-winning assist in a championship final ten years from now.
