CAFC is not built around short-term teams. We are building a complete player pathway.
A player entering the club at U10 begins within the foundation phase of our model and can continue progressing through each stage of development inside the CAFC structure.
U10 – Foundation Phase ( Separate from UPSL)
Technical development, coordination, confidence on the ball, and love for the game.
U13 – Development Phase
Introduction to tactical understanding, positional awareness, and decision-making.
U15 – Performance Phase
Higher game intensity, improved speed of play, and competitive growth.
U17 – Pre-Elite Phase

UPSL Academy
A direct bridge into elite amateur and pre-professional development.
